We are committed to processing orders promptly and efficiently. Once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to cancel or refund that order.
We custom-make our merchandise to order, making them ineligible for returns and refunds.
If you're trying to cancel your subscription, we recommend canceling 3 days in advance in the customer portal so there is time for us to assist if needed.
