If you're trying to cancel your subscription, we recommend canceling 3 days in advance in the customer portal so there is time for us to assist if you need to email us for assistance. We are committed to processing orders promptly and efficiently. Once an order has processed, we are no longer able to cancel or refund that order.

We are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on our products and cannot offer refunds based on flavor preference alone, but if there is ever an issue with breakage, please do reach out at gethelp@curiouselixirs.com.
